Yes, I know you guys missed me :p
But hey, I was away for a good course - to learn about Linux! Can you even imagine this?? LOL~
Yup, I'm not even from a technical background but I was given the opportunity to attend this course to expand my lil' tiny knowledge on Linux and how to administer the platform.
So, the training was 5 days (16th-20th February 2009), from 9am to 5pm. I know some of you might think that I went back home early, having a great time beating the jam and all but NO! I pledged to pick up Mei Ling from work for the whole week ^^
Ok laaa... I didn't slack, people. I still attend the course, do my part and I'm very dedicated ;p
Anyways, I met some cool and expert guys during the course and they definitely have the edge in Linux. With minimum of 2 years and maximum of 15 years in Linux, compared to my 1.5 months experience... What the hell?!?! LOL!!
I managed to picked up a few new stuff but I, indeed, need lots of practice on it.
Here's us, at the end of the course:
Famous Five
(L-R: Me, Daniel, John, Desmond, Eric)
